By booking a stay at Hotel Brattia, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, including reservations, payments, cancellations, and conduct during your stay.

1. Reservations and Bookings

  • Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card or payment method. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay.
  • Room Allocation: Room allocation is subject to availability. Special requests, such as specific room types or views, will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: Check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-out Time: Check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
  • Identification: Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid form of identification (passport or ID) and the credit card used for the booking.

3. Payment Policy

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount will be specified during the booking process.
  • Full Payment: Full payment for your stay is due upon arrival, unless otherwise specified.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfers, and cash.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional services (e.g., room service, excursions) consumed during your stay will be charged at the time of service or added to your final bill upon check-out.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded. For deluxe apartments free cancellation 21 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some rates may be non-refundable, and in such cases, the full amount will be charged upon booking.

5. Changes to Reservations

Modifications to your reservation, such as changing dates or extending your stay, are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if rates for the new dates differ from your original booking.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Conduct: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused by a guest, or their party will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • No Smoking Policy: Hotel Brattia is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly stated in the booking or confirmed in writing by the hotel.
  • Children: Hotel Brattia is adults only hotel.

7. Liability

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. Hotel Brattia is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items during your stay.
  • Valuables: Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for items not secured in the safe.
  • Injury or Accidents: While we take every precaution to maintain a safe environment, Hotel Brattia cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property.

8. Use of Facilities

  • Pool: Guests must follow the posted rules and guidelines for the use of pool, and other amenities. Misuse of the facilities may result in restricted access.
  • Sports Facilities: The use of sports facilities is at your own risk. Hotel Brattia is not responsible for any injuries incurred while using these amenities.
  • Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is included in your stay unless otherwise stated.

9. Force Majeure

Hotel Brattia is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions (e.g., pandemics).

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By staying at Hotel Brattia, you agree to the collection and processing of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from your stay at Hotel Brattia will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Split.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
